You don’t have to order every month

Space out deliveries, move your next date or take a break.

Quick answers

Do I have to order every month?

No—order once or choose 30, 60 or 90 days on a standard Auto Delivery plan. Move a shipment or deactivate deliveries in your account; older PayPal plans may need Support.

How do I change or stop Auto Delivery?

Open Manage Auto Delivery to change items or timing, then wait for the saved confirmation. To stop deliveries, choose Deactivate and confirm; contact Support if your plan shows a restriction.

Step by step

  1. Open your plan

Choose Manage Auto Delivery in your account.

  2. Choose your frequency

Under Deliver every, select 30, 60 or 90 days. Wait for the saved confirmation and check the next date.

  3. Move the next shipment

Use the next shipment date control to pick an available later date. This postpones delivery without placing another order.

  4. Stop scheduled deliveries

Select Deactivate, choose Deactivated, then Apply status. Wait for confirmation.

  5. Reactivate your plan

Select Reactivate Auto Delivery, choose Active, then Apply status. Check items, timing and price; if prompted, choose Accept updated price or Keep current delivery.
