How do I sign in to my Noot account?
Use your purchase email address with a password or email sign-in link. Links expire after 12 hours; request a fresh link or contact Help if needed.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Open Tracking in your account. Details appear when tracking is available; contact Support if nothing is listed yet.
Step by step
Sign in
Enter your purchase email address and password, then choose Login.
Or use an email link
Choose Email link, then Email me a sign-in link. Open the email and select Sign in securely within 12 hours.
Find your order
Open Orders for purchased items and totals, or Manage Auto Delivery for your upcoming delivery.
Find tracking
Open Tracking for available shipment details.
Contact Support
Choose Support → New request. Add a subject and message, then Send request; replies stay in the same account conversation.
